1. Data controller

Données Souveraines Québec (DSQ) is the data controller for personal information collected through this Site, in compliance with Quebec's Law 25, Canada's PIPEDA, the European GDPR, and the California CCPA.

When you submit a message through our contact form or a membership application, we collect only the information you voluntarily provide: name, email, organization, and any other information included in your submission.

We do not collect any browsing data, do not use behavioral analytics tools, and do not install any tracking cookies.

The processing of your personal information is based on your explicit consent at the time of form submission, or on DSQ's legitimate interest in managing its memberships and responding to your inquiries.
