Press Release Launch of a unique survey on the digital maturity and data sovereignty of Québec organizations Montréal, June 30, 2026 — Données Souveraines Québec (DSQ), in collaboration with Persévère Conseils, announces the launch of a survey aimed at measuring the digital maturity of Québec organizations and strengthening their data sovereignty. Access the survey: https://donneessouveraines.quebec/sondage A strong focus on data sovereignty This initiative aims to provide an unprecedented sector-wide overview of digital practices in Québec, with particular emphasis on organizations’ ability to exercise strategic control over their data. The results will make it possible to establish a digital maturity score and identify key levers to support organizational autonomy and digital resilience. The data collected will be aggregated and anonymized to support the work of the six committees of DSQ’s Data Sovereignty Roadmap, thereby helping guide priorities at the Québec level.
